Once you sign up for this plan, we will meet with you to find out about your business and what you need from our team to serve your accounting needs better. We will be reviewing your chart of accounts and making a diagnostic or suggestions.

Then depending on your needs, we will assign you a bookkeeper who will be part of your team. All our bookkeepers are US-based and are bilingual (English and Spanish), allowing you to communicate with them in the same time zone and in your preferred languages.

Each month, your bookkeeper will code all your business transactions to make sure you have claimed every penny of expenses you are entitled to and have declared all your sources of income.

Each month, your bookkeeper will reconcile the bank and credit card statements to ensure that all activity related to your business that has passed through your bank or credit cards is properly accounted for.

Each month, you will receive a complete and accurate income statement and balance sheet. These statements are reviewed by a CPA firm so you can rest assured they are accurate and that you can use them to manage your business during the year.

Every quarter, you will receive a video review analyzing how your business is doing and making suggestions that can help your business.

 

We will be preparing your 1099-NEC and/or 1099-MISC depending on your needs.

Once we finish the accounting for the year, we will send you the financial statements for your accountant or we will be preparing your tax forms if you sign up for our premium plan. If you need help with journal entries for business expenses paid with personal accounts, year-end adjustments from your accountant, or any other journal entry, we can help you too.
