Who we are
My name is Claudia Romani, founder of the company. I created the firm in 2005 due to needing additional family income. We only offered accounting services, and we started as a sole proprietorship. As the years went by, our clients asked us for more services because they did not want to deal with the payroll, sales, tangible personal property, and franchise tax returns since the requirements, regulations, and procedures became highly complex. The time that our clients had to dedicate to accounting and taxes was increasingly demanding, which took away their time from managing their business, so they left everything in our hands and wanted to delegate more things to us, so I decided to study and obtain the CPA degree to be able to provide the full spectrum of services that our clients required.
Today, we are proud to partner with our clients in their growth, not only because we take care of a pillar of their business, such as accounting and taxes, but because through our consulting department, we help them resolve many of their business problems. We emphasize tax reduction / tax minimization strategies and provide solutions to cover their financial needs.
